Brightwave Expands Team to Support Growth

Brightwave, the effective learning and e-learning specialist, has recently made six new appointments to its growing team in Brighton, UK. Chris Elkin and Bryan Krafchik have been appointed Account Managers, Sarah Germany has been appointed Project Manager, Sarah Close has been appointed Bid Coordinator, Zosia Koc has been appointed Quality Manager, Projects, and Jade Moore has been appointed Sales and Marketing Assistant to support the increasing number of clients.

"We care about our clients and want to continue offering learning solutions that really work coupled with the best customer service experience in the e-learning industry," said Sambit Mohapatra, Brightwave Director of Sales and Marketing. "By expanding our core team we can do just that. As we continue towards our goal of market leadership we will keep on assembling the best learning team in the industry to make sure we can offer outstanding learning experiences that are measurable and effective."

Chris Elkin, Account Manager

Chris has over five years' experience of working within the e-learning industry and joins Brightwave from BYG Systems. He has worked with an array of clients including The Bank of England, Britannia Building Society, Yorkshire Building Society, IKEA, Bhs, Cadburys Schweppes, Northern Foods, Unipath and the RAC.

Bryan Krafchik, Account Manager

Bryan has over 11 years' experience of working as an e-learning strategy and implementation consultant. Before joining Brightwave, Bryan spent four years as head of e-learning strategy for Exel. With a background in anthropology, Bryan specialises in analysing organisational and cultural issues that are critical to e-learning's success. Bryan has worked with a variety of UK and global organisations including Deutsche Bank, Diageo, BBC, SWIFT, B&Q, UBS, Shell and Philips.

Sarah Germany, Project Manager

After completing her postgraduate training, Sarah has focused on developing her skills and experience in training and development as well as in project management. Having worked in secondary education for five years, she spent six years working for blue-chip financial service organisations specialising in people development and IT implementations.

Sarah Close, Bid Coordinator

Sarah has over eight years' experience of management within small to medium sized companies. Having worked on a wide range of projects within numerous industry organisations, Sarah brings strong management and organisational skills to Brightwave and will be responsible for improving the company's proposal process.

Zosia Koc, Quality Manager, Projects

Zosia has worked in e-learning for the past three years in various roles including editing, scripting, and production coordinating. Her background is in the arts, education and voluntary sectors, working freelance for 10 years (managing conferences, festivals, theatre in education programmes and training) before moving into e-learning. In her role she will be working closely with the QA and Production Manager to ensure that the company continues to deliver high quality solutions.

Jade Moore, Sales and Marketing Assistant

After completing a diploma in journalism, Jade worked in a variety of customer facing roles, most recently with a local mortgage advisory company, before joining Brightwave to assist the sales and marketing team.
